We provide the opportunity to settle into your body, reflect, and connect with the power of the moon. We often do themed guided meditations that are in alignment with the moon and season. Style of meditation changes to meet the energy of the moon.
 

movement

We move with the energy of the moon. Sometimes we move in a gentle, receptive, and subtle way. Other times we move the body in a way that is more ecstatic, primitive, and awakening. All movement we do is intuitive and accessible.
